The Gulch at Morning

This animation is a compilation of photos taken of Brewery Gulch from the veranda of 226 Opera Drive.  Beginning at 6:06 AM frames were shot at 20 minutes intervals making the last frame at 9:47.  Notice that the sun comes up over Lavender Pit which is just out of the upper-left of the frame and continues to rise until it finally comes up over Chihuahua Hill just a few minutes before 8:00.  This is clearly seen exactly at the midpoint of the animation.  Also watch for Louie the cat standing on the edge of the building just above the street railing.  He appears in a single frame near the end of the animation.
